He’s one of the world’s wealthiest rappers, estimated to be worth a cool $242million.
So the fact that he’s selling his Detroit mansion for a loss of nearly $3million shouldn’t bother Eminem too much.
The Stan rapper, 44, recently listed the Michigan property – bought back in 2003 – though the asking price is significantly lower than what he paid for it, despite it having a number of luxury features.
The mansion, which features six ensuite bedrooms, a swimming pool and six acres of land was purchased for $4.75million by the chart-topper 14 years ago but is now listed on the market for a mere $1.999million.
The house is a sprawling contemporary affair, which was built in 1986, and spans an impressive 17,000 square feet.
And, as befits a house of that size, its grounds encompass almost six acres in the upscale Detroit suburb of Rochester Hills.
