H’akika is an Islamic tradition of the sacrifice of an animal on the occasion of a child’s birth.

Hamisa Mobetto has represented the culture to the fullest. With the help of her uncle who she thanked for the food, the party turned out great!

The sacrificed animal is usually a sheep. In this case, given that she gave birth to a son, two sheep were slaughtered. Right after that, the child was given his official name, Abdul Naseeb.

The party was graced by her close friends and family who enjoyed the best of the best Swahili meals in plenty.

She went on to post on her Instagram thanking her uncle, Uncle Kassim who has always been there for her and he made her life easier to lead.

On the same Instagram post, her friends went out to comment on the great food and party it was.

She said:
