Now, it seems that you will all have to tame your excitement since it has now been announced that American rapper, Drake, is coming to Kenya!

He will be part of a smattering of artists who will perform in Kajiado county at the grand finale of the Amsha mama Festival.

The festival is the brainchild of two renown tycoons, Joe Karikuki and a 2017 Kajiado gubernatorial seat hopeful, Daniel Nina – popularly known as Mr Money Bags.

He will be performing alongside 15 other renown Kenyan artists.

The finale will culminate into a spectacular bonanza of music, fireworks and unbridled revelry.

The event seeks to rival Chris Brown’s concert in Mombasa which was largely effected by the Mombasa governor, Hassan Joho.

Nina, who spoke to members of the press said that he was looking forward to pushing the Maa culture to the world in conjunction with his longtime friend, Kariuki.

The festival will be held at Kimanaa in Kajiado county.

The festivities are expected to attract more than 15,000 people, 7 times more than the 1,500 that attended the Brown concert in Mombasa.
