The king of comebacks, Nyashinski who is formally known for his musical contribution to the iconic group, Kleptomaniax, has had to warn his female fans to beware of unscrupulous people.

Nyashinki is the talk of the town after he totally aced a collabo with Nigerian queen Yemi Alade and Tanzanian diva Ruby on Coke Studio.

Their performance is the talk of town this week. But what really got tongues wagging was his matatu ride with American RnB star Trey Songz when he was in Nairobi, a while back.

This online virality has seen some unscrupulous people take advantage of Nyashinki’s popularity to try and con unsuspecting Nairobi damsels.

A group of people have since taken to sending people Whatsapp messages asking them for their numbers so that they can feature in Nyashinki’s “latest music video”.

These cases have been rampant, where imposters take advantage of unsuspecting fans and rob them of either their identities online, phish for information or hit them up for some money in the form of “registration fees”. Others are brazen enough to ask for nudes which are then distributed to various online platforms.

Nyashinski found out about this and wrote on Facebook,“Please ignore a message going round on whatsapp that I am looking for a lady / model for a video shoot in Mombasa. It’s not true. Share widely. Thanks.”
