After having pulled off one of the most unexpected political upsets recorded in the history of the United States of America, Donald Trump has now become the president-elect.

News of Donald Trump’s win has sent shockwaves across the world, with rumors of deportation for more than 30,000 Kenyan citizens who are illegally in the US, should Trump make good on his threat to deport illegal immigrants.

Kenyans are yet to recover from the shocking news of Trump’s ascent to the US presidency. Many resorted to social media to both vent, and make fun of the news with the hashtag #NowThatTrumpIsPresident.
